1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which True Value Computers, a brand of E Square IT, accepts order cancellations, refunds, and replacements. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


2. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email
  • Any advance payment made will be refunded after deduction of applicable processing charges (if any)
  • Transfer of any refunds to be done to the customers direct account number. No reversal of payment gateway transactions would be done by us.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refusal of delivery will not be treated as a cancellation


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved cancellations or returns
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping, logistics, and installation charges are non-refundable

4. Returns & Replacements (Refurbished Products)

a) Eligible Conditions

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

The product is dead on arrival (DOA) or

A wrong product is delivered, or

There is a functional issue reported within the specified return period mentioned on the invoice

b) Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Cosmetic wear or minor scratches

  • Battery backup issues (unless specified)

  • Damage due to misuse, liquid spill, power surge, or unauthorized repair

  • Software issues caused by third-party installations


5. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products are subject to technical inspection

  • Replacement or refund will be approved only after inspection

  • If the issue is repairable, the product may be repaired instead of replaced


6. CCTV & Service Orders

  • Once CCTV installation or IT services have commenced, no refunds or cancellations are allowed

  • Advance payments for services are non-refundable


7. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Orders placed for bulk or corporate requirements are non-cancellable and non-refundable

  • Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of True Value Computers


8. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage


9. Data Responsibility

Customers must back up all data before returning any device.
True Value Computers is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.


10. Refund Rejection

True Value Computers reserves the right to reject refunds if:

  • Product conditions do not match return eligibility

  • Damage is found during inspection

  • Return request is made after the allowed period


11. Changes to Policy

This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
