This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage applicable to refurbished hardware products sold by True Value Computers, a brand operated by E Square IT. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


2. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty is provided only if explicitly mentioned on the invoice

  • Warranty period may vary by product and configuration

  • Warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects only

  • Coverage starts from the date of invoice


3. Products Covered

Warranty may apply to:

  • Refurbished laptops

  • Refurbished desktops

  • Internal hardware components (motherboard, processor, RAM, storage)

  • Power adapters (if mentioned)


4. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, True Value Computers will:

  • Repair defective hardware components, or

  • Replace the component or product (subject to availability), or

  • Provide a refund at its discretion if repair or replacement is not feasible


5. What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks)

  • Liquid or moisture damage

  • Battery backup or battery health (unless explicitly stated)

  • Display damage due to pressure or impact

  • Keyboard damage due to spills or misuse

  • Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or improper electrical supply

  • Software issues, viruses, or OS corruption

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or upgrades

  • Accessories unless specified on the invoice


6. Software Disclaimer

  • Operating systems and software are provided “as-is”

  • Software issues arising from third-party installations are not covered

  • OS reinstallation may be chargeable after the initial setup


7. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

  1. Contact support via phone or email

  2. Provide invoice copy and issue details

  3. Submit the product for inspection at our service location or as advised

Warranty service will be initiated only after verification.


8. Inspection & Resolution Time

  • All products undergo technical inspection

  • Repair or replacement timelines depend on issue complexity and part availability

  • No loaner or replacement device is guaranteed during repair


9. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement products may be refurbished units of equal or similar specification

  • Cosmetic condition may vary

  • Replacement does not extend the original warranty period


10. Transportation & Logistics

  • Customer bears the cost of transporting the product to and from the service location unless otherwise agreed

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage


11. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting products for warranty service.
True Value Computers is not liable for data loss during repair or replacement.


12. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Product seal or serial number is tampered

  • Product is used for unlawful purposes

  • Damage results from negligence or improper handling

  • Product is serviced by unauthorized personnel


13. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the invoice value of the product.
Indirect or consequential losses are not covered.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
